Sunrising SI presently has project teams for five industries that include the legal & financial industry, IT & communication industry, energy & chemical industry, iron & steel and metallurgical industry as well as auto & machinery industry. The translation teams for the five industries respectively consist of professional translator/interpreter teams, proofreading expert teams and foreign proofreading teams.
1. Translator/interpreter teams: Graduates in relevant majors with proficiency in one foreign language and at least five-year translation experiences; Or graduates of foreign languages who have at least five-year translation experiences in relevant fields;
2. Proofreading expert teams: Graduates in relevant majors with proficiency in one foreign language and at least ten-year translation experiences; Or graduates of foreign languages who have at least ten-year translation experiences in relevant fields;
3. Foreign proofreading teams: consisting of foreigners working in China and foreign translators.
All the translators/interpreters of Sunrising SI were included into the Company’s translator/interpreter database after strict assessment and screening, and were classified into different levels based on the assessment results so as to serve customers with varied demand and achieve the best cost performance. Factors for translator/interpreter assessment include: Vocational degrees, professional backgrounds, fields of expertise, service experiences and track records. Every detail will be taken into account to realize the most reasonable service arrangements.
Sunrising SI is serious about every translation service. Based on customers’ actual conditions, it selects the translators/interpreters from the database that coincide with corresponding translation levels, industries, languages and service needs to ensure best translation/interpretation quality.
Confidentiality system
Sunrising SI strictly observes professional ethnics, intensifies confidentiality measures and signs confidentiality agreements with customers. In case of special confidential need, translators/interpreters can be sent to the site for translation/interpretation service. All the information related to customers will be kept strictly confidential.
